Stars 1/2 Milliard Kr. Challenge

1. The Stars 1/2 Milliard Kr. Challenge (the "Promotion"), hosted at www.betstars.dk, and accessed via PC and mobile (and including mobile application) (the "Site") is promoted by REEL Denmark Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), a limited company registered and operating in the Isle of Man and whose registered office is at Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 1DZ.
2. The Promotion will run from 00:00:01 GMT on May 1, 2018, until 23:59:59 GMT on June 13, 2018 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Please refer to the meanings given to any capitalised terms used in these Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms").

How to play

4. To participate in this Promotion, you must:
   1. be 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar and the Isle of Man), Denmark, Finland, Sweden or Norway;
   2. have a new or existing, open, account with us for our Site or one of our associated sites www.pokerstars.dk, www.pokerstarscasino.dk (each a "Stars Account"); or
   3. Read these Terms & Conditions and click through to the Promotion when you receive a notification prompt/message in your Stars Account; and
   4. predict the outcome of all 64 (sixty-four) matches from the 2018 World Cup (the "Tournament") using the online entry form (the "Entry Form") accessible via your Stars Account or via www.betstars.dk during the Promotion Period.
5. Participants who accurately predict all 64 (sixty-four) match outcomes as set out above, will win a Grand Prize (on the terms set out below). Those who make some but not all accurate predictions in this Promotion will be entered into the Leader Board Challenge, where they may win a Consolation Prize.

The prediction process

6. You will be asked to predict the outcome of all matches in each of the 8 (eight) groups of the "Group Stage", by selecting the winning country or draw for each match.
7. Based on your predictions at the Group Stage the Entry Form will pre-populate those 16 (sixteen) teams that you predict to advance from the Group Stage through to the next stage of the Tournament – this is known as the "Knockout Stage".
8. If two (2) or more teams are tied to advance to the Knockout Stage (for example, you predict that two (2) teams will be tied for the second spot in a group), you will be required to select which team you think will advance to the Knockout Stage.
9. Once the Entry Form is populated with all teams in the Knockout Stage, you must select the winner of each match and repeat this in the accompanying stages thereinafter (i.e. Round of 16, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals) until you have chosen a winner for the entire Tournament. You will also be required to choose a third-place winner – the 48 outcomes from the Group Stage, 8 outcomes from the Round of 16, 4 outcomes from the Quarter-Finals, 2 outcomes from the Semi-Finals, the third-place winner and the winner from the Final, will total 64 chosen outcomes.

Number of entries         

10. All registered customers who follow the process in section 4 above will be given 1 (one) free Entry Form in order to participate. However, you can collect and use up to 19 (nineteen) additional Entry Forms (20 (twenty) maximum per person) by completing one or more of the 'Challenges' on the Site or our associated sites, within the Promotion Period as set out in Appendix A attached hereto.

The Prize

Part A – the Grand Prize

11. If you accurately predict all 64 (sixty-four) outcomes in this Promotion, you will be a Promotion winner.
12. The winner of this Promotion, or winners if there is more than one, will win the "Grand Prize" of KR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Krone) or £100,000,000 (one hundred million pounds sterling) payable as a lump sum to the winner or to be shared between multiple winners (if applicable).
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grand Prize must be shared between all players who accurately predict the outcomes of all 64 (sixty-four) matches from the Tournament. Please note that payment of any prize amount forming part of this Promotion will be in Pounds Sterling (GBP) or applicable local currency save that where payment of a prize amount involves an exchange in currency from GBP, the applicable rate of exchange will be the same exchange rate imposed on us by our applicable bank at the relevant time of payment.

Part B – the Leader Board Challenge

14. Even if you fail to win the Grand Prize by correctly predicting the 64 (sixty-four) outcomes from all the matches in the Tournament (as set out in section The prediction process above), we will also allocate points based on the correct predictions you achieved during the Promotion Period as part of a Leader Board Challenge ("Leader Board Challenge"). The Leader Board Challenge will give you the chance to win consolation prizes ("Consolation Prizes"). Points will be awarded based on the following criteria:

15. Excluding any winner(s) of the Grand Prize, we will use the points accumulated from your predictions made in accordance with The prediction process section above to allocate the following Consolation Prizes as part of the Leader Board Challenge:

    The Grand Prize together with Consolation Prizes will be collectively referred to hereunder as the "Prize." For the avoidance of doubt, winner(s) of the Grand Prize will not be eligible to win or receive any of the Consolation Prizes forming part of the Leader Board Challenge.

16. Further to Section 15 above:
    (a) Please note that these Standard Terms & Conditions apply to any PokerStars Players NL Hold'em Championship Platinum Pass that may be won as part of this Promotion.
    (b) All Free Bets, Spin & Go tickets and Bonus Spins which are allocated to winners will expire 7 (seven) days from issue.

17. Spin & Go tickets, Free Bets and Bonus Spins are non-refundable, are for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. Any winnings derived from use of Spin & Go tickets, Free Bets or Bonus Spins may be withdrawn as cash or used to wager on any products on our Site.
18. In the event that 2 (two) or more participants are tied on points as part of the Leader Board Challenge, then we will apply the following rules (in order of priority) to allocate points so as to determine winners:
    
    (a)Most correct points awarding selections including both the Group Stage and Knockout Stage;
    (b) Correctly picked winner of the World Cup;
    (c) Picked correct third-place winner;
    (d) Most correct teams qualified for the Final;
    (e) Most correct teams qualified for the Play-Off for third-place; 
    (f) Most correct teams qualified for the Semi-Finals; 
    (g) Most correct teams qualified for the Quarter-Finals;
    (h) Most correct teams qualified in the Round of 16;
    (i) Most total goals for your selections (a draw in the Group Stage receives goals scored of one team); and
    (j) Fewest total goals against for your selections (draw in the Group Stage receives goals scored against of one team).

General

19. In addition to these Promotion Terms, your use of the Site and your participation in this Promotion is governed by our General Terms & Conditions for Promotions. You should therefore ensure that you have read and understood the General Terms and these Promotion Terms before taking part in this Promotion. In the case of a discrepancy between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms, the Promotion Terms shall take precedence.
20. The Promotion is only open to eligible players resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar and the Isle of Man), Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
21. All Prize winners will be contacted regarding arrangements for receipt of respective Prizes within 7 (seven) days from the conclusion of the Tournament.
22. We offer bonuses and promotions to enhance your enjoyment of the products made available on our Site. We expect that you will participate in all bonuses fairly. We have set out below the types of behaviour we consider to be unfair and which shall be a material breach of these Promotion Terms, and those detailed in our General Promotional Terms and our Terms of Service:
    1. using multiple accounts to obtain more than the maximum number of entries into this Promotion;
    2. sharing personalised promotional offers or bonuses (i.e. promotions or bonuses which are available to specific customers only) received by you e.g. via email, inbox message, text message, links, URLs etc. with others who were not the intended recipient. This includes accessing promotions or bonuses forwarded to you by others when you were not the intended recipient;
    3. concealing your country of residence in order to access a promotion or bonus that is not available in your country of residence;
    4. colluding with other customers in order to take advantage of promotions or bonuses;
    5. using bots or any other forms of prohibited software to gain an unfair advantage;
    6. intentionally provide false user details; or
    7. using more than one account per household or per IP address.

Each of the above shall be deemed an "Unfair Practice".

23. Where we have reason to believe you have engaged in an Unfair Practice, we shall be entitled to cancel and reclaim any Prize, bonus or promotion applied to your account, void any Free Bets or bonus, void any bet funded by a bonus or Free Bet, or remove any subsequent winnings relating to a bonus or Free Bet.
24. No Prize will be awarded to a person who, for any reason, would not be allowed by law to use the Prize or where the supply or payment of the Prize to that person would be unlawful.
25. Winners of Prizes are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit us to any contract, expense or cost entered into or incurred without our advance written acceptance of the same.
26. Any applicable taxes or duties payable or declarations to a relevant authority in relation to the receipt of a Prize hereunder shall be the sole responsibility of the winner of such Prize.

Miscellaneous

27. In the case of disputes in regards to the rules of entry or participation of any entrant into this Promotion, please email Support in the first instance so that we may deal with your complaint. Please note this shall not affect your statutory rights.
28. By participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless together with our legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever (subject to applicable law), suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any Prize.
29. We reserve the right, at any time, to alter these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion, including to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in our sole discretion, we reasonably believe that the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified or if directed by any competent authority, including any football governing body or tournament organiser. Any cancellation or amendment of this Promotion will not affect any Prizes you have accrued prior to such cancellation or amendment which you will be able to continue to use in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
30. When participating in the Promotion, you confirm that the name and address which are registered in your Stars Account are correct and up to date. If you are unable to produce such proof of name and address if requested, you will be excluded or disqualified from the Promotion.
31. Employees and relatives of employees of The Stars Group and any of the associated entities affiliated with or related to The Stars Group are not permitted to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, the term 'relative' shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
32. These Terms & Conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

APPENDIX A

1. Daily Challenges are available for each 24-hour period of the Promotion Period.
2. There is a total of 44 (forty-four) Challenges per product (PokerStars, PokerStars Casino and BetStars) to choose from in any combination, throughout the Promotion Period.
3. You may have up to 19 additional Entry Forms only. To gain these additional Entry Forms, you are permitted to take part in as many Challenges as you wish however only 19 (nineteen) of such Challenges that you participate in will count towards the addition Entry Forms.
