Reopening a previously closed account is possible by submitting a request. Creating a new account instead of reopening the existing one is not permitted.

Any real money balance associated with the account will be returned as a part of the closure process.
Accounts cannot be closed while you are active in games. When all play has ended, Support can be contacted to close the account in question. Players registered for tournaments that have not started yet, will be automatically unregistered.
