Closing your account

If you need a break from playing, you can apply a self-exclusion for a set period. The following steps explain how to access the self-exclusion option.

Account status after closure

Closed accounts remain in the system.

Reopening a previously closed account is possible by submitting a request. Creating a new account instead of reopening the existing one is not permitted.

You can contact our Support team using the Contact Us button on the page. Support will assist you with completing the account closure process.

Account funds

Any real money balance associated with the account will be returned as a part of the closure process.

Active games and/or tournaments

Accounts cannot be closed while you are active in games. When all play has ended, Support can be contacted to close the account in question. Players registered for tournaments that have not started yet, will be automatically unregistered.
