Transfer settings and player notes

You can transfer your settings and player notes to another computer by copying and moving the relevant files.

 

How do I copy my settings and player notes files?

Follow these steps:

• Open the software
• Go to:
  • Help
  • Open My Settings Folder
• Locate your files:
  • Settings file: named or ending in 'user.ini' or 'user'
  • Player notes file: named notes.user.xml (where 'user' is your username)
• Close the software before continuing
• Copy both files

 

How do I move the files to another computer?

Transfer the copied files to the destination computer.

You can use:

• Email
• External drive
• Any file transfer method

 

How do I import player notes on another computer?

1. Open the software on the destination computer
2. Go to:
• Tools
• Player Notes Editor
• Import Notes
3. Select the notes file
4. Select ‘Open’

 

How do I transfer my settings file?

1. Open the software on the destination computer
2. Go to:
• Help
• Open My Settings Folder
3. Close the software
4. Paste the saved settings file into this folder
5. Replace the existing file if prompted
