SUM INVICTUS (3) was a touch disappointing at the latest outing but the two placings to start the campaign were good enough for a race like this. Worth another chance. ESTE DIA (2) got the job done when resuming, albeit in lesser company. High on confidcence now and has earned his shot at this level. BETTER NOT FORGET (1) should be primed for this, having won a recent Doomben trial and gets the services of Huxtable in the irons. Don't discount lightly. GLASS OF ROSE (7) resumes here but has tuned up for this with a recent trial victory and draws ideally in gate two. Has to be respected. BLAKEMORE AVENUE (11) makes some appeal from the low draw.
