VERMILION KIRIN (7) resumes here but the form he showed when last in work was good enough for a race like this. Tuned up for this with an easy trial and does boast a win around this circuit. Can run a big race at odds while fresh. European import BRINDAVAN (2) didn't measure up in a much richer race in his first local run but will have derived a stack of benefit from that hit-out. Open to sharp improvement. NOBLE CONQUEROR (4) got an overdue win at Eagle Farm at the latest effort and will have taken some confidence from that victory. Include in calculations. NAVAL SEAL (1) has won over this track and trip and will be rock-hard fit for this. Capable of a strong showing. TUHINGA (3) goes well for hoop Fenlon who has two wins and two placings from just five steers. Shouldn't be underestimated with her 2kg claim.

The race before that got back early 7th of 9 at this track Cl6 on December 12 over 1660m, slow going 3.5 len behind Perfect Play with 53.5kg at $14. No reason why he cannot salute again. - 1.
