SUSSEX DUCHESS (6) resumes. She showed ability last time in, placing in 4/6 runs to date behind some decent types on occasion. She was sent out short in the market a couple of times and can deliver on that promise here in what looks a winnable race. INSPIRING (4) started $2.30 favourite on debut at Mornington. He faded late there after showing early pace to finish fourth but should come on plenty from that and draws to effect here. BOURDETO (8) is a Capitalist filly on debut for the Hayes yard. She's won a jumpout leading in and has to be respected. BURLEIGH (2) has had a few chances and disappointed this time in but the maiden surely isn't too far away. HAVANA MOON (5) has been solid in three runs to date and is in the mix.
