Won by over five lengths over today's course and distance when second-up last prep. Looks the goods in a race without a great deal of depth. HE'S POPLAR (6) started warm favourite but was not ridden out to the finish after putting in an awkward stride at the corner last time out. Has raced twice at this distance for a win and a minor placing. Big chance on his best form. Veteran mare SHE'S ENUFF (7) is racing well without winning. Led for home here at this trip last start but found a couple better in the run home. Good each-way hope under a similar scenario today. OURLEGSELEVEN (9) isn't the most reliable conveyance but can sneak into the frame if she has a good day. Consistent gelding IN THE FINE PRINT (4) has placed at three of four runs over today's journey. Must go in the numbers.
