THE GOV (4) missed by a lip at Morphettville two runs back but was less effective last time at Murray Bridge. Easier this time and is drawn to advantage. Expecting her to lead all the way. HAWSON (2) did well last start but found one better at Ceduna, beaten only a nose. Drops back in trip off 32 days and gets in well with the claim. Can threaten. SKATING ON BY (6) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out but willing to forgive. Milnes' booking adds confidence. SPIRITUAL GAL (7) scored first up two runs ago but couldn't quite back it up last time when up in grade here. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. In the mix. STRAWBERRY SWING (9) kicked off the prep in fine style at Clare but is yet to go on with it. Keeping safe in exotics.
