The extra furlong is the key, and if he doesn't need the run, he will be the one to beat. NUNCIO (1) was back in the money at Ashburton 3 weeks ago when finishing runner-up by a head. He made up a stack of late ground that day, and if the pace here is genuine, then he can have the last say. HIVARI (2) has been mixing his form in better fields than this, and should enjoy getting out to 1400m for the first time this season. Stick with him on an each-way basis. RED LABEL (11) did not cope with the 6-day backup when being beaten as the favourite at Kurow 15 days ago. She is worth another chance, so follow your money. SUPER SINCERE (12) has raced her way into form and will be trying 1400m for the first time. Include in all top 4 combos.
