STEALTH OF NIGHT (16) is a lightly raced 5yo mare who just missed at Cranbourne first up, settling handy and going down by a nose in a tough effort. She should strip fitter for that second up rising to 1400m and with even luck early from a slightly tricky gate she'll go close. ZOURAIN (3) was a good winner second up at Pakenham on tough ground, winning with 61.5kg. He can be fitter again and measure up. TRANGOOJAHRAY (14) resumes having won three in a row to start last preparation. 1400m fresh looks ideal for her despite being off a long spell, if the market is with her she may be worth keeping onside. SISTER SHAY (8) has won three of her past four, too strong as favourite at Wodonga last time out. This is a bit harder but she charges across from out wide and can give a sight. SIRIUS STATEMENT (7) tried hard fresh behind a talented horse at Pakenham and should strip fitter. She draws well and has each way claims.
