LINTHORPE LUCK (1) missed a long neck first-up and then raced favourite over this distance and didn't quite finish it off. Fitter again and tumbles 3kg in weight with the claimer engaged. Going well enough to get into the finish. ROYAL EDITION (3) resumed in the same race unfancied and raced accordingly. May be looking for longer now but he'll be improved and should be running into it. SICILIAN WARRIOR (7) resumes with the blinkers on first time and the former VIC is a market watch. KINDLY (16) returns after ten weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1200m at Strathalbyn. Good effort to open last prep when in the money at Strathalbyn over 1200m. Bold showing expected.
