CRUISE TO VICTORY (3) was a little below his best last time out at this track and trip, though his form prior makes for good reading. He now gets Pike in the saddle from a nice gate and he shouldn't be too far from the speed. Can end his winning drought now. ROCK IN WONDER (2) was far too good two back before a 3.1L defeat in stronger company last start when setting the tempo. Suspect he'll roll forward again and the drop back in trip may be the key to his chances. Will take plenty of catching. BONDI PLUNGE (5) is third-up into the campaign today and looks ready to fire. ZJP takes some weight off her back and while this is tougher, she has shown she's up to this grade in the past. Can play a leading role. TOO MUCH TALK (6) was much better last time out and he's not to be discounted. HE'S ARCHIE (7) improved last start and now draws a better gate. Rates highly off his latest performance.
