SILVER EYE (4) settled last first-up over 1000m and bolted in by 1.1L in a very fine performance. He usually improves second-up and that's scary considering what he did a fortnight ago. Maps for a better run in transit this time and if he can go to another level, he can bring up two in-a-row. KAY TEE WHY (6) is some query as he resumes without a trial, but he won first-up off a 93-day break earlier this year. Pike was on board there and he remains in the saddle of this promising 4YO today. Down in the weights and rates a leading chance. UNDER INFLUENCE (7) disappointed last start when settling at the back and never looking likely, though that is twice this campaign he's failed on a Heavy deck. With a firmer track on offer this time, and an inside barrier, he can bounce back to his best and go close. GINNIVAN (1) is much better than he showed first-up and does improve with racing. Can feature back in grade. GHOST WHO WALKS (2) is another back in grade today who is not to be discounted.
