LIECHTENSTEIN (8) has come back in good shape this prep, and he performed well last time over 1200m at this track but was outdone by a couple after securing her maiden win fresh up before that. He is likely to settle just behind the leaders and can take this out. IS THAT ALL (6) closed strongly from the back to win as the favourite on debut over 1400m at Ruakaka two-and-a-half weeks ago. He has plenty of scope and will be hard to hold out again. WAY OUT WEST (12) is a talented mare who faced tougher opposition in her last start on April 19, finishing well back over 2100m in the G3 Championship Stakes at this track. She looks well placed in this and can make a positive start to her new season. MOLLIFY (15) is a four-year-old Australian import and will be having her first start for the Lance Noble stable. She recently finished sixth in a trial at Ellerslie over 1100m, and shouldn’t be underestimated, especially if the money comes for her. TRANSCEND (16) can get some of this. Each way.
