MOUNTAIN ASH (5) settled up front when first-up but couldn't fend off the winner who was just too good on that occasion. He'll be fitter for that effort and this is an easier race this time around. Cheung's claim comes in handy and with his early speed, he'll be tough to run down once again. DOTHRAKI (4) gunned down Mountain Ash last start at this track and trip and doesn't meet him all that worse at the weights for that performance. He only meets Mountain Ash a half kilo worse off now and the barrier should see him stalking the speed once again. Can repeat the dose. DIEGO DYNAMITE (9) has been outclassed his past couple but his form prior at Kalgoorlie stacks up in this event. Back to country level looks a good move for him and his best form will see him right in the finish of this event. ALOTOFBANTER (6) can improve third-up into the campaign. LUCKY SUE (7) is another who can improve with that run under her belt.
