SHOCKLETZ (3) relished the rise to this trip last time out, set a decent task to reel them in then staying on powerfully late to get up by a head. She's a progressive filly who can only continue to improve and while up in the weights now she may just prove too classy again. PROCHESTER (7) gave Shockletz a great race after going for home early, gapping third in a strongly run affair. He meets that filly much better at the weights now but doesn't quite have her attractive profile. NEARCO FROD (2) is a former French import who improved sharply in the Shockletz race, finding the line well for third. Has a few lengths to make up but does draw much better here. AMERICAN WOLF (1) won the St Leger here two back before an even effort in the G1 SA Derby. Will land on speed and keep kicking. STYLISH SECRET (4) was just fair last time but the run two back sees him in the mix.
