Verdict

The feature race on the card, the Pink Ribbon Cup. The consistent BUNKER HUT (1) got a well-deserved victory at Doomben last time out and will have taken a stack of confidence from that breakthrough win. Has a handy record over this seven-furlong trip with a win and seven palcings from ten starts and maps well from gate two. Best form puts him right in contention. AMUR (3) is a bit hit or miss but is a three-time winner over this distance range and is more than capable enough on his day. Cannot be discounted lightly. SPACE TRACKER (5) strips fitter second-up from the break and must be respected from the Archibald barn. Top-three candidate if he brings his A-game. SUPER DUCK (10) has been thereabouts in recent efforts and looks a must for the multiples. ASTERO (4) brings southern formlines to the table and any push in betting should be noted.
