DESERT COUGAR (6) had their measure last start when launching late but will carry more weight this time. Hillier reunites and is 2/2 aboard. Will settle back and be taking big strides late. GERETY (8) doesn't win out of turn but is knocking on the door. Gets in well with the claim and is worth another chance. CHICKEN LEGS (5) was below his best last time at Wellington but his prior form measures up. Still figuring out and can get things back on track.
