ONMALONE (4) showed early speed when resuming at Newcastle before tiring late into midfield. Strips fitter and with Clark sticking, he should be prominent for a long way. ORANGE TSUNAMI (6) closed off well into third on debut at Wyong and will be better for that experience. Drawn to enjoy a soft run and looks a major player. IN AND OUT (2) has improved with each run this prep and should be ready to peak third-up. Wide draw means he may get back, but expect him to be charging late. COOL DRINKS (8) resumes after an encouraging debut in a strong maiden and has been prepared with two solid trials. Key booking of Lloyd adds confidence and he’s capable of making a big impact fresh. PHOENIX LEGEND (3) was only fair when resuming here off a long break. May need another run but draws well and is one to keep in mind.
