JUKEBOX LUCY (5) has been unstoppable this prep, chalking up her third win from as many appearances by a narrow margin over 1000m at Emerald last start. Has an excellent record over this slightly longer distance. Getting up in grade now but has the right credentials to score again. The speedy WOODSTOCK ROCK (8) led everywhere except where it matters last time out over 1300m at Rockhampton. Better placed back to this trip and gets some weight relief to offset taking on this better field. Looms as a genuine challenger. DEALING'S DONE (3) made late ground and wasn't too far away at his latest run over 1200m here. Best form comes at today's journey so keep him firmly in calculations. MELO MELO KAVA (12) has been freshened up since winning a Class 1 here six weeks ago. Massive step up in grade but with the light weight is one for the exotics. Distance specialist DEVIL DEVIL (1) strips fitter today and can never be ruled out.
