RAMBLING ON (1) was unsuited to the heavy Hawera track when resuming. He has been freshened and can make amends in the small field. POPSICLES (4) closed off nicely last time out and has kept on improving with each start. Ready now to figure in the top 3. DON'T TELL THE MRS (6) made up a stack of late ground on debut to finish third. The extra furlong is ideal, and he should pick up his first win at short notice. BHARNSTORM (2) got back too far on debut at Tauranga and only battled home. He would have learned a lot, and his last trial did suggest he had some ability. Craig Grylls sticks with him, and so do we. BERRY BROWN (3) was much better when finishing third last time out. Can improve again in a suitable small field.
