Really think GURU WARRIOR (4) is a progressive middle distance and staying horse that can continue his rise through the grades here. He stepped up to 1950m last start and won well, maintaining his unbeaten record beyond 1600m. This is a harder race in theory but it's not the deepest race on paper. He's drawn well to get a perfect run, Holder sticks and he can win again. SAVATOFF (8) is racing well in easier class this campaign. He's never won beyond 1600m but he looks some chance from a good draw with Milnes aboard. Tghe Victorian visitor VELLASMACHINE (2) must be some chance. He's got more upside than most here and hit the line well at the end of 1500m last time. He was very good at his only run over 2000m last preparation. WHATSANAMEGEORGE (5) brings winning form and must be respected here, while JACKSON RUN (10) has started to show a bit more and looks a place chance.
