In the hope that she gets a good pace to aim at, ORIONIS gets the nod ahead of Quebella. She pulled a country mile clear of the rest when second in a steadily-run race at Salisbury and the addition of cheekpieces may help, given that she wandered inside the final furlong there. Quebella promises to be suited by this step up in trip and she is greatly respected, while handicap debutante El Megeeth and Greyval, who was in great heart over hurdles during the spring, are others to consider.
