RUSSIAN RONI (1) continues to race well and has found a nice race here. He's placed in his past two in the Port Macquarie and Sawtell Cups, carrying big weights on both occasions and sticking on gamely each time. Maps well here and will take catching in this suitable race. PINK SHALALA (7) needs another win but is going well. He can be forgiven for the last start effort on heavy going and was knocking on the door prior to that. Can bounce back. KYEEMA (9) is racing well, a winner two back at this track as favourite before another good effort up in the weights at Hawkesbury. Only needs to hold that form to go close once more. THE YEARS (8) was okay fresh here over 1300m, finishing midfield in a strongly run race won by Getafix, who was very impressive winning again on Saturday. Fitter for that and may be able to push forward up in trip. WHO EVER THOUGHT (2) has won two in a row and has to be respected.
