ALMINETTE (3) will ensure that Opie Bosson has a good day in the saddle after she was an unlucky fourth on the poly track here just over 3 weeks ago. She had won by a nose on the turf in a similar race to this before that run and can make an immediate return to the winners' circle here. LEMON CURD (7) ended her last campaign with an easy all the way win at Riverton in April. She will be even stronger this season, and if she doesn't need the run, she can have a say in the finish. Watch the market moves. TOA HAKA (2) needed his fresh-up run here 2 weeks ago when being taken on in front. He generally improves with racing and won't mind the extra furlong. Stick with him on an each-way basis. THE ENTERTAINER (4) won her only start last prep in the middle of June at Oamaru, which was her only run since joining the Anna Furlong stable.
