Raced at Group level last time in work and strips fitter on the limit. Tags the speed and sure to be thereabouts. EDITING (1) much better run in the heavy (8) going when raced closer to the speed for a gritty second over 1400m at Kembla Grange in BM78 grade. Comes back a level and anticipating another big. DARK SIMBA (2) snagged back from the wide gate before surging late with a respectable sixth first-up over 1400m at Caulfield. Gets the right set-up for this with his good second-up record. Top-three contender. AUTOMNE TREE (7) quickly running out of chances and the blinkers go on for this. Warmed up late when fourth over 1550m at Canterbury. Stays in the mix. SWIFT LEGEND (5) going nicely through his grades but doesn't get the same map favours here. Place prospects best.
