CRESPIANO (7) just missed at Pakenham on debut and then led again on resumption at Tatura and just missed. Strips fitter and is nicely placed to take this out. IMPONDERABLE (11) jumped out well and then went close at Kilmore on debut. Better for the run, and she's also in good hands and will keep improving. NECK HIGH (3) disappointed last time but was headed in the right direction prior. Peaks on a 7-day return and will position forward from the inside barrier. Well in the mix. NEWCOMBE (4) was beaten 3.3L last time over 1600m at Caulfield Heath and went well enough at the provincials prior. This grade suits better, and he maps for a soft run. JABELJAR (1) resumes and may be the best of the rest if presented forward.
