SWEET HESITATION (11) usually races up on the speed and won an Eagle Farm Maiden first-up as a hot favourite. She then didn't have the best of it at Doomben, but maps well and presents fitter again this time. She's promising and can bounce back. WISE CHOICE (10) sped along and spaced the Maidens here heavily bet. Gets in well with the 2kg claim and is a quinella hope. THE GREY (4) switched from a NSW yard and wasn't beaten far here on a 25-day return. Keeps the 3kg claim and has the blinkers on again. A chance at best. VIACONI (6) resumed in stronger in town and didn't get warm. The speedy galloper is likely to show more.
