WHAT SHE WANTS (8) had her last start at Ruakaka just over 6 weeks ago, and would have maintained a suitable level of fitness as she lines up for the first time in the South Island for a new trainer. This field is not strong, and any market support is worth following up. OAKSDEEL (1) made up a lot of ground fresh up at Riccarton nearly 3 weeks ago when finishing third over 1400m. The extra furlong is ideal, and with the run of the race likely from the pole position, she will go close to taking this out. PRIVATE TREATY (4) did not fire last time out at Taupo a month ago, and has since relocated to the South Island. She gets through bad ground and will have the blinkers on this time. A form reversal is on the cards. SCHNELL (5) only battled over 2200m at Timaru last start, and at this stage of her career, a mile may be best for her. A heavy track is no problem, and she has sound each-way claims. RIPA TIME (11) improved to finish runner-up 2 weeks ago at Ascot Park. Stick with her.
