FRENCH LOLLY (5) just missed on the Ballarat synthetic and then led there and delivered his Maiden with a bit in reserve. This is a step up but he's been kept on the fresh side and will go close if he transfers the form to the turf. CROATIAN ART (7) led and was a big 58 winner at Warracknabeal on a slow track. She only has to hold that form to be a serious player. MR ASSERTIVE (6) is up to this at best and we're likely to see more on a better surface. Has a sharp third-up record and Rawiller stays aboard.
