TURNING CIRCLE (8) raced without luck at both runs back and is expected to go close from the low draw. Came out fast from the wide gate and the early effort told late when tenth over 1200m at Kembla Grange. Gets a few gear changes and will take catching. EXOTHRILL (4) comes here in peak condition after chipping away late when fifth over 1500m at Hawkesbury. Gets through the conditions and must be respected. TROUNCE (3) even debut when she held a forward position early before fading to finish fourth over 1200m at Newcastle. Drops further in weight and has the upside to play a leading role. ZOUSOUL (2) Zoustar gelding from a Pierro mare on debut for the Fabio Martini yard. Has shown ability in two trials and is worth more than a passing glance with Ly's 3kg claim.
