Perfectly placed to return to winning form. CURIE (2) returns from a six-month spell for a third campaign. Had a robust SP profile last prep, scoring at $1.06 at this track to break her maiden then failing at $1.35 at the last run before a spell. Two recent trials will have her ready to perform. WOOTTON PLEASE (10) had a seven-week let-up before her last start fourth over this distance at Coonabarabran. Freshened up again. Nicely weighted and should give a good account. CELESTIAL GRACE (7) had to dig deep to collect her maiden as a $1.90 elect last start over this distance at Bathurst. Handy mare who should measure up in this better company. ARCHAIC FORCE (6) is fitter for two runs back from a spell and is looking for this trip now.
