That form is good enough to get the better of these. EXPLOSIVE TYCOON (10) trained locally and drops further in weight with the 3kg claim. Showed good speed from the wide gate to grip on for a fighting second over 1413m at this track. Will roll forward again from the wide gate and gets his chance again coming back in trip. SANTATIME (5) resumes with a good record on his home track. Came to the end of his prep with a tiring eleventh over 1400m at Randwick in Highway class last April. Back without a trial and must be kept safe. CITY OF TEARS (7) much better run when she jumped in trip for a fighting on-pace second in C2 grade over 1181m at Grafton. Genuine contender. The chances don't end there.
