DICKO'S DANCE (9) worked across to the lead then trailed a tearaway leader and dug in to score with a couple of big bounds late over 1400m last start. The 4L margin back to 3rd says stick with me. FLASHBACK (5) fought on well first-up at 1400m then running on but held up until the 150m mark at Ellerslie last time. Beaten 1L 4th at Ellerslie in March in only start at 1500m. QUEEN SANSA (8) handy mare beaten in a tight finish over 1650m last start after sitting handy on the outer and score nicely over 1400m at Te Aroha. This trip looks ideal now and is a danger here. LARK (14) got well back but made up a lot of ground to catch the runaway leader, Russian Prime last start at Taupo. Russian Prime won nicely at Hawera on Wednesday. HIP FLASK (3) battled late after a bad check 1000m out on the heavy track 2 back then led and was reeled in by El Arish at Tauranga last time. Don't drop.
