Having finished placed on 3 of his 5 starts so far this season, ARCTURUS FLAME has joined a yard that excels with new recruits and, with his usual cheekpieces back on (also tongue tied) he could be the answer eased back down in class. Zachary Hickes is an interesting handicap debutant for the Roger Varian stable and commands respect, whilst Divot arrives in search of a quick-fire course hat-trick and can't be dismissed.

VerdictHas generally been holding his form well this season with a trio of placed finishes from 5 starts. Joined yard who do extremely well with new recruits following his Epsom fifth last month and with cheekpieces/tongue tie reapplied, he certainly commands respect. - 2. VerdictShaped encouragingly when making the frame in a 1m Kempton novice only start in 2024. Subsequently missed 18 months (gelded) but far from discredited in pair of novice/maidens at 1¼m in June and he very much appeals as the type to do better now handicapping over this longer trip.

VerdictFinally shed maiden tag over 1¼m here at the start of last month and with that form well advertised, he produced a career best when following up in determined style over same C&D 17 days ago.
