NICCITA (6) peaked on her run late in the LR Canterbury Belle Stakes 3 back, and got a mile back and ran on last time. The extra 100m may help here. ARVANA (8) was well backed on debut after two good trials and ran on late from the rear at Timaru. Better for the experience and is a big danger here. OMEGA SPRINT (2) over-raced in behind the leader and fought on well considering on debut at Riccarton late last month. Improver. MISS THUNDERDONK (7) led on debut and was swamped late in April then made up a stack of ground from the tail last time. Consider.
