G1 Caulfield Cup time and COSMIC CRUSADER (2) will go in as clearly the best last-start performance having smashed some of our best 2000m horses in the G1 Turnbull Stakes at Flemington. He was the best equipped on a soft track in a fast race but stood up strongly and off that, it's tough to say he won't stay 2400m. The draw isn't ideal and onto firmer here but he's very well weighted. ENFJAAR (7) is the pick of the internationals for ours. He was midfield in a red-hot Listed race at Royal Ascot (almost G1 quality) then rose to this trip for the first time and led all of the way at Goodwood in a new career peak, a repeat of which goes close. SHE'S A HUSTLER (14) can be an improver to this trip third up, her fresh run said she'd come back well before a much tougher run in the Turnbull. GREEN SPACES (8) might be the blowout. He looked on track early doors and has the perfect platform for the red-hot Baker/King combination. ROYAL SUPREMACY (9) maps well and can give a sight.
