FIFTYFIVECHEVY (6) was in the betting but disappointed last start over 1400m at the Illawarra Grange circuit. Best form comes at the mile so give him one more chance despite that last run coming 30 days ago. Lightly raced mare SAVOONGA (10) is going ahead in leaps and bounds this prep. Won the maiden two back then strolled home in a Class 1 over this trip at Wyong last time. Just needs luck from a bad draw to be right in the finish again. MAGENTA SKIES (11) blew the start but made good late ground when fresh from a ten-month break in a BM72 over 1400m at Randwick recently. Has only been to the races four times. Perfectly placed back at this level over an extra 200m. ORANGE TSUNAMI (2) has led all the way to win two on the trot, most recently over 1500m here. New to this trip - probably looks the winner at some stage. TOM CRUISING (7) showed a glimpse of form at Newcastle last start and on his day is capable of testing this field.
