DICKO'S DANCE (3) jumped well to put himself on the pace but had to come wide before the turn, hitting the front well out & fought fairly on debut. Stick with him. ROYAL ASSETT (10) charged home from the tail of the field on debut at Taupo over 1100m and similar last time over 1200m. 1400m should suit. VODKA AND CAVIAR (9) got home strongly from the rear for 2nd when fresh at Matamata in a similar run to her debut. Respect here. GIGI'S PRAYER (11) won a trial in May then ridden quietly out the back & ran on well under her own steam for 3rd at the trials last month. Keep safe. HIGH GOAL (1) sound efforts in first prep showing versatility in his racing style when beaten about 3L each start. Made ground from the rear when fresh and is a likely improver.
